The one rule

No photo before the form is signed.

The camera stays locked until a signed authorization is recorded. That is on purpose. If a patient has not signed, there is no photo.

Publish to website

Review the photo. Tap Discard if you do not want it. When you are happy, tap Publish to website and confirm.

Important to know

Photos go live immediately.

There is no review queue and no one checking afterwards. You are the only check. Look at each photo before you publish it.

Use Different patient every time.

Before photographing the next patient, tap Different patient. This clears the previous authorization so a photo cannot be published under the wrong one.

Use a normal browser window.

Private browsing stops the tool keeping your session, and the authorization reference will not come through.

Sign out when you are done

Or close the tab. Your session ends either way.

If something goes wrong

The reference did not fill in

Tap Open the consent form and have the patient submit again. Check you are not in a private browsing window.

A photo will not publish

Check the device has signal or wifi, then try again. If it keeps failing, tell [NAME].

You published the wrong photo

Tell [NAME] straight away. It can be taken down, but it has to be done manually and the sooner the better.

A patient wants their photo removed

Patients can withdraw permission at any time, in writing. Pass it to [NAME] the same day.
